We specialise in providing Residential Property Owners (i.e. Buildings) Insurance, for Blocks of Flats our products therefore meet the demands and needs of those who wish to ensure that the building(s) for which they are responsible is appropriately covered e.g. if the building suffers damage or a third party is injured whilst visiting or in the vicinity of the building, the insurer will pay the insured the amount of loss in accordance with the provisions of the insurance policy.
We will not provide buildings insurance for individual flats due to the inherent dangers of such arrangements. We would strongly advise that were this type of situation exist, all of the parties concerned get together and agree to arrange one policy for the whole building.
